John Fleming is a Managing Member of Trimark Properties, LLC, (and multiple other related companies) a local real estate management, development, and construction firm, and owner of multi-family, commercial, retail, and office space.

Prior to joining the Board of Directors of Gateway Bank, Mr. Fleming was a member and Chair of the College Park/University Heights Advisory Board (City of Gainesville).

Mr. Fleming is a Facilities Advisor for Cornerstone Christian Academy and Jones Edmunds & Associates (Engineering). He is active in Cub Scouts Pack 82 with his son Evan. He is also involved with Gainesville City Commission and Gainesville Regional Utilities with matters involving College Park/University Heights. Mr. Fleming is also a member of the North Florida Builders Association and Chamber of Commerce.

He holds a Bachelor´s Degree from the University of Florida and is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.

John and his wife, Bridget, have four children - sons: Evan Christopher (6), Colson Alexander (2), and Braxton Copper (6 months), and daughter: Ashlyn Grace (4). The family attends Trinity United Methodist Church.
